This website is operated by Qijiayu International (Hong Kong) Limited. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website and all purchases made through it. By browsing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. The contract forms when we confirm shipment. We may cancel and refund orders affected by pricing errors or export restrictions. You confirm that the contact and delivery details you provide are accurate and complete.

Pricing and payment

Prices are in USD and include no destination taxes or duties. Wholesale terms are governed by the separate proforma invoice. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, and orders are dispatched after payment is confirmed.

Shipping and delivery

Orders ship within 2 business days of payment clearing; standard transit takes 7–15 business days depending on destination and customs. Details, rates and express options are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and refunds

You may return any product within 30 days of delivery if it is unused and in original packaging. Refunds go back to your original payment method. The full process and timing are in our Return & Refund Policy.

Warranty

12 months on manufacturing defects, per the Return & Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site — this includes attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping it at scale, or using it to distribute unlawful content or malware.

Intellectual property

The site’s content, the Qijiayu Home brand, product designs and images are our property or licensed to us. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Product information

We describe products — specifications, images, sizes and materials — as accurately as we can. Colors may vary slightly by screen, and as every plush is cut and stitched by hand, sizes can vary by a few centimetres.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, transport disruptions, strikes or government actions.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order.

Governing law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Consumer purchases keep the mandatory rights of the buyer’s country of residence.

If a dispute arises, contact us first — most issues are resolved in one exchange. Where local consumer law requires it, consumers may also use the courts of their country of residence.
