Are these original designs?
Yes — every design is developed in-house, from the embroidered faces to the fabric mixes. You won’t find identical plushies under other brands.
What’s the warranty?
12 months against manufacturing defects, covering seams, stitching and embroidery. If a plush arrives damaged, we replace it.
Can I buy wholesale?
Yes. Factory tiers start at 20 units per style; custom woven labels and gift packaging from 2,000 units per design. Request the tier sheet.
How long does shipping take?
7–15 business days standard; 3–7 days express to major markets.
What’s in the box?
Your plush toy, vacuum-compressed in a sturdy poly bag — it fluffs back to full size within a day.
Are they safe for small children?
Yes — embroidered features, no small detachable parts, recommended from 3 years up. Check the age note on each product page.
Can I mix designs in one wholesale order?
Yes — mix any designs, colours and sizes. Minimums apply per style, not per order.
Which payment methods can I use?
Bank transfer (wire) is available today; card payments via Stripe and PayPal are being enabled — see checkout for live options.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track Your Order page with your order ID and billing email. Tracking numbers are emailed when your order ships.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days from delivery. Email us first and we will send the return address and instructions — see the Refund & Returns Policy for details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us within 60 minutes of ordering and we can still change address or items before packing starts.
